Code of Conduct
This outlines the rules that you need to follow to help ensure that Heroes and Friends events and game play are fun for everyone in the clan. Heroes and Friends adheres to the XBOX Live Code of Conduct and you will find our Code of Conduct is very similar.
What you can and should do:

Be polite and treat others with respect

Learn and be the best you can at the games you play

Have fun!
Control the experience you want by:

Only adding clan mates you enjoy gaming with on your friends list

Send friend requests to players you enjoy playing with

Give positive feedback to your friends
-
If you feel a player is violating the Code of Conduct:

Do not retaliate. If you act out, it could be considered harassment and will definitely make the situation worse

Mute and/or block the gamer
-
If you feel the violation is severe enough you can send an email to HrH Bailey that includes:

Your gamer tag
-
The gamer tag of the potential code breaker
-
Detailed reason why you think the code is being broken
-

Then do not play with the gamer again, there are lots of other people to play with and you choose who you play with

Block the gamer
-
Mute the player
-
Harassment will not be tolerated:
-
Do not harass, abuse, bully, spam, scream at, threaten, or stalk other gamers or encourage other gamers to do so

Do not give out personal information of other gamers (such as real name, physical address, IP address, email address, phone number, credit card number, etc.) in any way or form
Communication

We have gamers of all kinds, it is important that when playing and communicating in the Forums or on Facebook you monitor your communication accordingly. This includes, without limitation, anything related to or suggestive of:

Profane words or phrases
-
Topics or content of a sexual nature
-
Hate speech
-
Illegal activities
-
Any “sound-alike” or “lookalike” words, phrases, or puns that reference these topics

Do not create or share any of the following:

Anything of a sexual or provocative nature
-
Content that a reasonable person would consider to be adult or borderline adult in nature

Content that generally falls under the category of pornography
-
Protecting your account and personal information
-
Do not give out your own personal information, including but not limited to: phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, etc.

Use discretion when deciding to share your name and location in your profile and when recording or sharing content you create

Do not lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise provide access to your account
Consequences of Violations
If you violate the Code of Conduct, action(s) may be taken against your clan membership, including but not limited to expulsion from the clan.

Some offenses warrant an immediate permanent suspension, including but not limited to:

Severe racial remarks or profanity
-
Repeated instances of inappropriate communication

Heroes and Friends IS NOT OBLIGATED TO SEND YOU A WARNING BEFORE you are suspended or expelled from the clan

If you are suspended or expelled while you are participating in a tournament or competition, Heroes and Friends assumes no liability in the loss of any potential prizes or recognition related to the tournament or competition

Heroes and Friends is not obligated to monitor every post or activity, but has the right to remove any post or take action against any gamer in the clan

Heroes and Friends reserves the right to remove at any time, without notice any gamer-created content or membership from the Heroes and Friends Facebook page, Website, or Bungie clan page for actions determined to be in violation of this Code of Conduct
Heroes and Friends also reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend a user for violations
